Kumusta na si Kim?

How’s everyone doing? šŸ˜€

It’s in March 2019. Another quarter of this year has passed. I want to share with you, guys, how is it going in my life. Of course, I am trying my best to sum everything up in a concise blog post. I am hoping I won’t miss anything. This is my attempt on trying to be mindful of my day-to-day activities.

Enrolled in a yoga class.

What a way to start the year. I have always wanted to join a yoga class, but my schedule last year did not permit me. Thus, experiencing it is definitely fun. I love how my muscles are stretched, my mind is relaxed, and my innermost soul spoke to my sense.

Tried to get drunk with my high school friends.

I was not drunk, okay. They were the ones who got drunk. It was so fun chatting with your high school friends as if nothing changed. As if, you were still the 16-year old version of yourselves. As if, nothing happened totally. It felt so great to reminisce the memories and look forward to the future that we all are clueless.

Stayed up late to watch a gig at El Pueblo.

It was my first time to watch a gig at El Pueblo, thanks to Ms. Ching! I was able to witness how the culture of this type of place works. We listened to a band, listened to chats from her boyfriend’s bandmates. It was a new experience for me,

Celebrated St. Paul’s Day with a brand new look.

Kumusta naman ‘yung pa-make up ni Ate Claire?Ā I really felt maganda, appreciated, and accepted after seeing the final touches on my face. Grabe lang. I never expected this turned out to be good. Happy St. Paul Day indeed.

Exhibited Creative Works by my CW students.

In line with St. Paul’s Week, the school also celebrated and feasted on the talents by Creative Writing Students of Grade School Department. Thank God for the outpouring support by the people who helped me in completing their works.

Played in Trampoline Park.

I love the experience of all useless jumping for no reason. I also learn how to backflip, jump three times straight, and jump against the wall. Amazing, right? šŸ˜€

Tried Indoor Cycling

This is one of my physical activities that I won’t be doing again because of my back pain. I still enjoyed to pedal and to dance while biking inside their gym. Who would have thought that I can do that? šŸ˜€

Went back to Graduate School.

I miss traveling to UP. As if every day I am going to Tagaytay. It takes me 3 hours to be there, including all the foot works needed to pass the streets, go to the building, and finally sitting on my favorite chair.

Played Virtual Game in Megamall.

Grabe talaga. The 350php for 8-minute game is worth it. This is my first time playing this game and the experience is something worthwhile. Ang saya kaya. Also, we really thought that the zombies are ready to consume us. Good thing, it was all virtual reality.

Went to Iloilo and Guimaras!

Sometimes, I am not really sure if I am doing the right thing. I often do things impulsively and recklessly. But then, saying yes abruptly changes the course of my life. Iloilo and Guimaras are one of aĀ  kind. It is indeed a true beauty that I am grateful to see. See my post about it soon.Ā  Btw, I did this via solo trip.

Read more books!

Oh yes. I’ve read a lot of books. I’m reaching ten as of this writing. These books are not that thin books, btw. So, I am really thanking the Lord for the time He has given me to ponder and reflect with these books. I guess I will be writing a different blog post on my book recommendation soon.

Been Serving God through Youth Ministry

We had our yearly recollection last February, and I believed this was one of the most heart-breaking recollection that I’ve been to. Thank you Lord, for all these graces.

Kumusta na si Kim?

I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Naks. The usual answer would be, okay lang ako. Buhay pa naman. That was still me, never changing, but willing to embrace changes. Second quarter of 2019, please be good to me. Lord, please calm my heart. ā¤
